This couple was featured in GMA 7’s Kapuso mo Jessica Soho. They have a business called “Bianca’s Special Ice Candy”. Yes you’ve read it right! They’ve got an ice candy business that made them rich.
Here’s their story:
When Rudy and Rosiell were teenagers, they got early responsibilities for they’ve had a baby in such young age. They had to drop out of school for them to support their family’s needs. As young couple, their married life was never easy.
Here’s what they did:
They’ve made a P300 peso profit from their first business selling ice. Rosiell bought plastic from the P20 peso they had and start selling ice to their neighbors. Next thing they did is they bought some ingredients and instead of making ice, they started making ice candies.

Rudy and Rosiell started to gain around P500 peso profit daily by just offering their home-made ice candy it to their neighbors. They’ve made a strategy that increased their monthly income of around P15,000 pesos. They take their business slowly but surely. Now, after 4 years of running the business, they are earning P15,000 on a daily basis. They are now earning P5 million pesos annually with a monthly income of P450,000 pesos.
This couple say that their success comes from working with positive attitude. They said that you should not be afraid of taking risks.
Here’s a tip from Rosiell: “Gagawa ka ng masarap na pagkain, dapat masaya ka. Hindi ka galit, hindi ka stressed”
and a tip from Rudy: “Dapat malakas ‘yung loob mo kasi kapag mahina ‘yung loob mo, wala nang mangyayari doon sa negosyong papasukin mo”
Every Filipino should learn from this couple that despite the lack of capital, they’ve manage to be resourceful and start their business with only 20 pesos.
